ADRIAN HYATT-WARD

Founder, President and CEO, Adrian Hyatt-Ward, has more than 25 years of experience helping numerous companies dramatically grow their brand and their bottom line. Adrian is part strategist, part tactical expert and an authority on media buying. She is an adept communicator to the client and the client’s customers. She has an eye for ways of increasing ROI. Under her leadership, HyattWard Advertising has flourished for more than two decades, by combining creativity with practicality and an obsession to detail. For Adrian, nothing short of excellence should be pursued and nothing short of success should be acceptable. Adrian is a past President of the Inland Empire Ad Club, has served on several Boards of Directors, and is a long time member of the Marketing Association of Credit Unions. Adrian has been a guest speaker at many seminars and universities.

Richard Lee brings more than 50 years of professional writing experience in advertising, journalism, and broadcast media to HyattWard Advertising. As Creative Director and Senior Copywriter, he leads the research, development, and execution of campaign concepts across multiple platforms, working closely with the agency president and creative team to craft compelling messaging for clients. Before joining HyattWard in 2001, Richard spent three decades as a freelance copywriter supporting agencies and brands nationwide. His journalism background includes reporting and editorial roles with major news organizations and radio stations throughout Southern California. Richard’s work has earned National Communicator Awards and Associated Press News Awards, and he has also served as a guest lecturer at California State University San Bernardino.

Hector Franco brings more than a decade of creative leadership and design expertise to HyattWard Advertising. As Art Director, he manages the agency’s Art Department and helps establish creative standards across campaigns to ensure consistent, high-quality work for every client. Hector leads the development of visual concepts across print, digital, outdoor, and social media platforms while collaborating closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he contributes to a wide range of projects and client needs. An award-winning designer, Hector is highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, illustration, photography, and advanced photo editing, helping deliver visually compelling campaigns that support each client’s brand and marketing goals.

Jorge Lopez is an experienced marketing professional with decades of experience in digital strategy, campaign management, and project leadership. As Integrated Marketing Manager at HyattWard Advertising, he oversees both digital and traditional marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients, managing projects from concept through completion while coordinating teams, vendors, and production timelines. Jorge supports website development, email marketing, social media, and analytics reporting to help clients reach their audiences and measure campaign performance. Prior to joining HyattWard, he spent more than 20 years with major media organizations including iHeartMedia and CBS Radio, where he led digital marketing operations, developed online platforms for advertisers, and drove significant growth in web traffic, engagement, and digital revenue.
